Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                 
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN) "An Act establishing                        
capital project matching grant programs for municipalities and                 
unincorporated communities; and providing for an effective date"  be           
taken up at this time.

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent the
